Project Description

Aspire Venue and Event management are mainly involved in Sports/other Event Planning and Venue Management, which was using a third party for selling their events tickets. There was a need for Aspire VEMS to develop and run their own ticketing system. The proposed ticketing system was selling tickets through online web, Kiosk and Retail counter. With different interactive interface methods. The UX team is required to design complete ticketing process with Interactive seat selection for ticket purchase:

• Enable users to easily navigate and login the required Event information and make a ticket purchase with interactive seat selection.
• Require no training for the user to understand the application.
• Come up with simple and streamline workflows and efficient collaboration across the globe.
